Host Terms

These Host Terms apply when you claim or manage a venue listing on Best Trivia Bars, operated by Beitou Roots, Inc. ("we", "us", "Best Trivia Bars"). By claiming a venue or submitting an edit, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can claim a venue

You may claim a venue only if you are the owner of that venue or a person it has authorized to represent it (for example, an owner, manager, or trivia host). By claiming a venue, you represent and warrant that you have that authority.

2. Accurate information, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the information you submit, including schedules, prizes, descriptions, and links. You agree to keep it accurate and not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: claim or manage a venue you are not authorized to represent; impersonate any person or business; post spam, malware, or malicious or deceptive links; harass or harm others; or use Best Trivia Bars for any unlawful purpose.

4. Review, moderation, and revocation

Every claim and edit is reviewed before it takes effect. We may approve, reject, edit, hide, remove, or revoke host access at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including if we believe a claim is unauthorized or these terms have been violated.

5. The listing remains ours

Claiming a venue lets you help keep its listing accurate. It does not transfer ownership of the listing or grant you any ownership, exclusivity, or other rights in Best Trivia Bars or its content. We may modify or remove any listing at any time.

6. License to your submissions

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the information you submit for the purpose of operating and promoting Best Trivia Bars.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Best Trivia Bars is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Host-submitted content is the responsibility of the host who submitted it, not us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beitou Roots, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any host-submitted content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beitou Roots, Inc. and its officers and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your submissions, your conduct, or your breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to claim or manage a venue after a change means you accept it.
